Site update

First, go look at the pretty new pic! Please notice that I added a commenting feature to each pic on the site. Go ahead and comment! :P

"The Leatherworker's Daughter"

I won't be around for a few days--going up to New Hampshire to cheer my sister on while she graduates from Dartmouth. Remember that scarf from a few months ago? Yeah. That was her Christmas gift. :) Looks like it'll either be bright and sunny or cold and rainy. I don't care--it'll be a vacation and a great family time. :D

And now, look at what I've been knitting:

Entrelac front

Entrelac back

This is the alpaca yarn in Citrus Grove, dyed especially for me by Erica of Criations, my favorite LYS. The pattern is for the Lady Eleanor stole from Scarf Style. I wanted a pretty and warm wrap this fall and early winter, so here we go. :)

That's it for now!

I totally can't get my head around entrelac. Really, can't. I love how it shows off the variagation in that alpaca. Freaking lovely, it is.

I'm so going to link you on my blogger blog, by the way, whether you like it or not. =) I love LJ/Blogger crossovers.
